A party can be considered "great" if it feels effortless. Guests will converse with each other, music will play, guests will move from table to table, and eventually someone will do something silly which causes all the other guests to laugh. These are the moments that guests remember. However, if you try to get your guests to pause their activities, form a line, and pose for a picture, this could ruin the atmosphere of the party.
